The challenge was Creating an app ”Beyond Manger” to assist HR specialists and company managers in overseeing employee insurance services, which posed challenges such as addressing diverse user needs, ensuring data security and compliance, seamless integration with HR systems, user-friendly onboarding, and efficient information access.
During this stage, we conducted user interviews, surveys, and Competitor Analyses to understand the pains of insurance management, identify key user needs, preferences, and understand the complexities of insurance management
This comprehensive research approach aimed to gain insights into the challenges faced by HR specialists and managers, ensuring that the subsequent design of Beyond Manager would be informed by a deep understanding of the user landscape and industry dynamics.
